Shipping to Saudi Arabia (DDU/DAP)
Orders shipped to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are delivered under DDU / DAP terms. Accordingly:
(i) prices displayed on the website are in AED and exclude Saudi VAT (15%, ZATCA) and any import customs duties;
(ii) these taxes and duties are payable solely by the recipient and collected by the carrier (FedEx) at the time of delivery;
(iii) refusal by the recipient to pay these amounts will result in the parcel being returned to the United Arab Emirates at the recipient’s expense, deducted from the order refund;
(iv) standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from FedEx pickup, excluding customs clearance delays beyond our control.
